- North City Corporation Commissioner Pommala Sunil Kumar has introduced a weekly Phone-In Programme to directly address citizen grievances.
- The programme will be held every Friday.
- This week’s session is scheduled for March 13, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- During this time, citizens can raise concerns related to civic services, including:
Road potholes and repair works
- Streetlight maintenance
- Door-to-door garbage collection and disposal
- Removal of dangerous trees and branches
- Mosquito control measures
- Stray dog management
- Park development and maintenance
- Removal of unauthorized banners and posters
- Footpath encroachment clearance
- e-Khata related issues
- Other civic complaints
Grievance Registration Process:
- All complaints received during the programme will be registered on the Sahaaya 2.0 portal.
- Complaints will be immediately forwarded to the relevant departmental officers.
- Citizens will receive SMS updates with complaint details and officer information.
