Press Release: Bengaluru North City Corporation Bengaluru, March, 4: Phone-In Programme Every Friday to Improve Citizen Services in North City Corporation With the objective of directly listening to public grievances within the jurisdiction of the Bengaluru North City Corporation, the Commissioner of the North City Corporation, Shri Pommala Sunil Kumar, has launched a weekly Phone-In Programme for citizens. This week’s Phone-In Programme will be held on Friday, March, 6th, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. During this period, citizens can speak directly with the Commissioner regarding various civic issues such as road potholes and repair works, maintenance of streetlights, door-to-door garbage collection and disposal, removal of hazardous trees and branches, mosquito control measures, control of stray dogs, development and maintenance of parks, removal of unauthorized banners and posters, clearance of encroachments on footpaths, issues related to e-Khata, and other civic-related problems. All grievances received during the Phone-In Programme will be registered on the “Sahaaya 2.0” portal and immediately forwarded to the concerned departmental officers. Details of the registered complaints and information about the concerned officers will be communicated to citizens via SMS.
