Two Properties Auctioned in KR Puram Zone for Pending Property Tax

Bengaluru East City Corporation conducted an auction for six tax-default properties in the KR Puram Zone. During the process, four property owners cleared their dues on the spot, while two properties were successfully auctioned to recover pending property tax.

4 property owners cleared their pending property tax during the auction process, leading to their properties being removed from the auction list.

• Property tax demand notices

• Authorities also sent multiple reminders through mobile messages requesting payment of outstanding dues.

• Despite providing sufficient time for payment, the dues remained unpaid, leading to the decision to initiate auction proceedings.
