- Bengaluru South Zone Commissioner Sri K.N. Ramesh inspected desilting works near Sindhoora Kalyana Mantapa on Outer Ring Road in Sarakki, J.P. Nagar.
- Officials were directed to immediately remove accumulated silt and waste from roadside drains and stormwater drains.
- Instructions were issued to remove slabs covering drains to enable complete cleaning of garbage and weeds.
- Engineers were directed to ensure that plastic waste at Rajakaluve bridge junctions does not obstruct water flow.
- Continuous plastic waste removal operations were ordered in sensitive flood-prone areas.
- Under the leadership of Additional Commissioner (Development) Dr. Naveen Kumar Raju, the Disaster Management team inspected multiple locations in Bommanahalli Zone.
