Bengaluru West City Corporation Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K.V. has directed officials to accelerate pending road works along a 3.55 km stretch from Sadashivanagar Police Station to Outer Ring Road, with a deadline linked to ongoing BWSSB pipeline works.

• Location: New BEL Road area under Mattikere Sub-Division, Malleshwaram Zone

• Delay reason: Ongoing BWSSB pipeline work

• Asphalting to begin immediately after pipeline completion

• Directive to develop BEL Road as a model road
