Bengaluru North City Corporation has announced a weekly Phone-In Programme that enables residents to directly communicate civic grievances to the Corporation Commissioner. The upcoming session will be held on 26 June 2026 (Friday) from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Key Details:
- Commissioner Shri Pommala Sunil Kumar will personally interact with citizens during the Phone-In Programme.
- The initiative aims to improve citizen services by providing direct access to the Corporation administration.
- Complaints received will be registered on the Sahaaya 2.0 portal and forwarded to the concerned departments for action.
- Citizens will receive complaint registration details and concerned officer information through SMS.
