Bengaluru North City Corporation has announced a weekly Phone-In Programme to enable citizens to directly raise civic grievances with the Commissioner. The upcoming session will be held on June 19, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Key Details:
- Commissioner Shri Pommala Sunil Kumar will directly interact with citizens.
- The Phone-In Programme will be conducted every Friday.
- Citizens can report civic issues including:
Road potholes and repair works
- Streetlight maintenance
- Door-to-door garbage collection and disposal
- Removal of hazardous trees and branches
- Mosquito control measures
- Stray dog management
- Park development and maintenance
- Removal of unauthorized banners and posters
- Footpath encroachments
- e-Khata related issues
- Other civic grievances
- All complaints received during the programme will be:
Registered on the Sahaaya 2.0 portal
- Forwarded to the concerned department officers
- Acknowledged through SMS with complaint and officer details
- Citizens may also submit complaints through the Sahaaya 2.0 mobile application.
