Inspection of Arterial Roads:

• Officials were directed to conduct 100% inspection of arterial and sub-arterial roads in the CV Raman Nagar area.

• Footpaths must be maintained in good condition and kept clean.

• Immediate action should be taken wherever problems are identified.

• Silt and tractors should be used for large-scale cleaning operations.

Waste Collection Measures:

• Pourakarmikas should avoid piling waste along streets.

• Officials were instructed to provide waste collection trolleys to ensure garbage is collected and moved to designated locations.

Kagadasapura Railway Gate Traffic Issue:

• Residents highlighted traffic congestion near Kagadasapura Railway Gate.

• Since suburban railway work by K-RIDE is ongoing in the area, officials were directed to conduct a detailed study and prepare a design solution to reduce traffic congestion.

Kasturi Nagar Flyover Inspection:

• During inspection under the Kasturi Nagar flyover, officials were instructed to:

Complete concreting works

• Install fencing

• Maintain regular cleanliness.

Other Key Directions Issued:

• Marshals to monitor and take action against roadside dumping of garbage and construction debris.

• Explore the feasibility of combining pourakarmika and auto-tipper mustering centres at a single location.

• Install waste kiosks in areas prone to roadside dumping.

• Set up a Dry Waste Collection Centre at the Kagadasapura BWSSB land.

• Inspect Indira Canteen operations, review footfall, and ensure cleanliness.
