During an inspection of Jakkur Lake and surrounding infrastructure under Bengaluru North City Corporation limits, Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao directed officials to prepare a plan for a wooden walkway around Jakkur Lake and expedite completion of the Jakkur railway flyover within a week. Multiple civic infrastructure and connectivity improvements were reviewed, including road widening, pedestrian pathways, and sewage treatment works.
