The Commissioner of Bengaluru North City Corporation has issuedstrict directions to improve city cleanliness, eliminate garbage black spots, and strengthen waste management practices across all divisions.

- All arterial and sub-arterial roads must be cleaned daily
- Complete elimination of identified garbage black spots directed
- Black spots must be cleared before 8:00 AM every day
- Geo-tagged before-and-after photos of cleaning activities to be submitted
- Street sweeping operations to be strengthened under supervision of JHIs and officials
- Waste segregation made mandatory under SWM 2026 bylaws
- Monthly segregation progress reports to be submitted by all divisions
