Commissioner Inspects Infrastructure Works in East City Corporation, Directs Completion by March End

• Inspection of the arterial and sub-arterial road development work from Rajkumar Circle to T.C. Palya Road Junction in the KR Puram Assembly Constituency.

• The project includes:

Drain construction

• Footpath development

• Asphalt road surfacing

• Officials were directed to complete the work within the stipulated timeline and with proper quality control.

Mahadevapura – Kagadasapura Railway Gate Road

• Road development work from Indira Canteen in Mahadevapura to Kagadasapura Railway Gate was inspected.

• The work is being carried out under major road development funding, and officials were directed to accelerate progress.

Pai Layout Ward Road Development

• Ward road development works in Pai Layout were inspected.

• Officials were directed to ensure early completion to improve local mobility for residents.

Drain Desilting – K. Narayanapura Cross to Hanumegowda Circle

• Ongoing drain desilting works were inspected to ensure smooth rainwater flow.

• Officials were instructed to completely remove silt and waste from drains.

Nagappa Reddy Layout (HAL Division)

• Drain desilting works under ward development projects were inspected.

• Authorities were directed to complete the work quickly as a monsoon preparedness measure.

Kalkere Layout Areas

• Inspection of road and drainage works in:

K. Channasandra Church Road

• Vinayaka Layout

• Guru Layout

• Surrounding areas.

The Commissioner stated that the East City Corporation is committed to strengthening road infrastructure, maintaining drainage systems, and improving mobility for citizens.
