The Bengaluru North City Corporation (BNCC) registered 63 public grievances during its weekly Phone-In Programme held on 3 July 2026. Commissioner Pommala Sunil Kumar directed officials to address all complaints on priority, with a focus on road maintenance, solid waste management, forest-related issues, and E-Khata services.

- A total of 45 calls were received, resulting in 63 grievances being registered.

Road Maintenance (Engineering): 33
- Solid Waste Management: 13
- Forest Department: 6
- E-Khata / Khata Services: 6
- Health Department: 2
- Parks and Playgrounds: 2
- Electrical Issues: 1
- The Commissioner instructed officials to conduct field inspections and expedite the resolution of complaints, particularly those related to roads, waste management, forest issues, and E-Khata services.

- Total Grievances Registered: 2,450
- Grievances Resolved: 2,036
- Grievances Requiring Long-Term Solutions: 8

- Reopened Grievances: 9
- Pending Grievances: 246



The Commissioner directed officials to clear all pending grievances within the stipulated timeframe and ensure effective delivery of civic services. The weekly Phone-In Programme, conducted every Friday since 26 September 2025, continues to provide residents with a direct platform to raise civic issues.
