The Bengaluru North City Corporation (BNCC) received 62 public grievances through 49 calls during its weekly Phone-In Programme held on 17 July 2026. Commissioner Shri Pommala Sunil Kumar directed officials to prioritize the grievances and ensure their timely resolution.

Commissioner Shri Pommala Sunil Kumar instructed all concerned officials to examine the grievances on priority and ensure prompt redressal. The weekly Phone-In Programme, conducted every Friday, enables citizens to directly communicate civic issues with the Corporation and continues to receive active public participation.
The programme was attended by Additional Commissioner (Revenue In-Charge) and Joint Commissioner Smt. Pallavi, Joint Commissioner Shri Mohammed Naeem Momin, Deputy Commissioner Shri Somashekhar, the Chief Engineer, and officials from various departments.
