Bengaluru West City Corporation Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K.V. inspected the Yeshwanthpur Railway Overbridge widening project and directed officials to complete the work within two months. He also chaired a meeting with Malleshwaram MLA Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan to review the maintenance and future management of the Malleshwaram Sports Complex.

Bengaluru West City Corporation Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K.V. conducted a site inspection of the ongoing Yeshwanthpur Railway Overbridge (ROB) widening project on Wednesday and directed the contractor to complete the work within the next two months.
During the inspection, the Commissioner instructed officials to install barricades to prevent garbage dumping within the work zone, maintain cleanliness, and stop unauthorized vehicle parking around the project area. He noted that the location is situated in a central part of the city and emphasized the need to improve its overall appearance. He also directed that security arrangements be made at the site.
The Commissioner further instructed Corporation officials to take the necessary steps to facilitate land acquisition required for the approach road. He also inspected the nearby railway level crossing and issued directions to the concerned officials regarding the ongoing works.
Railway officials, the Chief Engineer, contractors, the Corporation's Superintendent Engineer, and Executive Engineers were present during the inspection.
Meeting Reviews Malleshwaram Sports Complex Management
Later, Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K.V. and Malleshwaram Assembly Constituency MLA Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan held a meeting at the Bengaluru West City Corporation office to review the maintenance and management of the Malleshwaram Sports Complex.
During the meeting, representatives of Michezo Sports Infrastructure Private Limited, which has secured the tender to manage the sports complex, presented their proposed work plan. The presentation was made by the firm's Co-founder Maharishi Sridhar along with representative Vijay Lancy.
The Commissioner and the MLA provided suggestions and directed the agency to ensure that the sports complex is maintained efficiently and that facilities are provided in a well-organized manner for the benefit of sports enthusiasts.
Corporation Superintendent Engineer Jayashankar and Executive Engineers also attended the meeting.
