Illegal Use of Playgrounds

  • Some school buses were found parked illegally on corporation land.
  • Officials were instructed to issue notices to such institutions.
  • If buses are parked on private land, the property tax assessment should be revised accordingly.

Footpath and Junction Improvements

  • Footpaths were described as a basic urban right.
  • Engineers must develop and maintain footpaths and remove encroachments.
  • Major junction improvement works will be proposed in the upcoming city budget.

Administrative and Technical Progress

  • Officials were directed to prepare details of all pending bills and works before the end of the current financial year (March 2026).
  • Pending tasks on MARCCS and CCMS portals must be cleared quickly.
