• Property owners are required to pay property tax annually under the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2025.

• Action is being taken under the Property Tax Assessment, Collection and Administration Rules, 2024.

• Show-cause notices and demand notices have already been issued to defaulters.

• Personal visits

• Notices affixed at respective properties.

• The list of defaulters is available on the official website where tax payments can also be made.

• Property owners who clear pending dues before the auction will have their properties removed from the auction list.

• Owners can submit objections to the concerned Joint Commissioner’s office before the auction.
