3,282 Sq. Metres of Land Taken for ITPL Main Road Widening Project

Bengaluru East City Corporation has taken possession of 3,282 sq. metres of Road Development (RD) land reserved for widening ITPL Main Road. The land will be used for the proposed 150-feet road widening project between Hoodi Circle and Prestige Shantiniketan under the Revised Master Plan 2015.

• Commissioner D.S. Ramesh confirmed that RD properties reserved for road widening have been taken into corporation custody.

• The land was relinquished through registered deeds under the Revised Master Plan (RMP) 2015.

• The acquisition supports the 150-feet ITPL Main Road widening project from Hoodi Circle to Prestige Shantiniketan.

• RD Properties Taken into Custody:

Survey No. 192 – Bheema Jewelers: 1,046.90 sq. m

• Survey No. 193 – Bren Nautilus (under construction): 505.11 sq. m

• Survey No. 194 – Private property: 309.52 sq. m

• Survey No. 116 – DSR White Lotus: 1,420.82 sq. m

• Total land acquired: approximately 3,282 sq. metres.

• The enforcement team formally took possession of the sites and installed notice boards at the locations.

Divisional Executive Engineer

• Assistant Executive Engineer

• Assistant Engineer

• Assistant Director (Town Planning)

• Officials from the TDR Division.

• The land will be used strictly for public infrastructure purposes as per the Master Plan.
