• West City Corporation Commissioner Dr. Rajendra K.V. stated that:

A crane will be procured to remove dangerous trees and dried branches.

• Towing vehicles have already been purchased to remove abandoned vehicles parked on roadsides.

• A designated disposal space is being identified before starting towing operations.

Ward Committee Meetings

• Officials were directed to conduct ward committee meetings regularly in all wards of the West City Corporation.

• The aim is to address citizen grievances directly within wards and ensure quicker resolution.

Citizen Grievance Meeting

• The public interaction meeting was held at the Malleshwaram IPP Centre.

• 101 complaints were received from citizens related to:

Waste management

• Illegal constructions

• e-Khata issues

• e-Swathu (EPID) concerns

• Other civic infrastructure problems.

• Remove concrete structures around trees on Sampige Road.

• Ensure effective delivery of welfare schemes to beneficiaries.
