The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) will conduct the “Nanna e-Khata Nanna Hakku” citizen service campaign across 52 locations under five city corporations on May 23, 2026. The initiative has received strong public response, with improved participation and on-spot service delivery for property-related records and e-Khata services.
Key Details:
- Campaign to be held across 52 centres under GBA jurisdiction
- Services include e-Khata issuance, B Khata to A Khata conversion, mutation, corrections, and new applications
- Over 23 lakh property records digitised and scanned for transparency and security
- On-site verification and issuance of final e-Khata certificates
- Previous camp recorded 2,939 applications, out of which 1,242 were approved on the spot
- Remaining 1,697 applications under process for time-bound resolution
- Each centre designed to serve around 100 citizens per session
- Total capacity of nearly 5,000 citizens per Saturday
- Campaign to continue for 100 days on every Saturday
Special Policy Update:
- Government has reduced fees for B Khata to A Khata conversion
- Applicable for a limited period of 100 days (15-05-2026 to 23-08-2026)
- Conversion-related approval fee reduced from 5% to 2% of guidance value
- Citizens encouraged to take advantage of the scheme

- Help desks and citizen assistance counters
- Separate service counters and queue systems
- Internet-enabled computers, printers, and scanners
- Payment assistance and trained staff support
- On-site grievance redressal and guidance services
