The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has issued an appreciation letter to Bengaluru South City Corporation, acknowledging the corporation’s progress in resolving citizen grievances received through the GBA Helpdesk. According to the authority, nearly 98.8% of pending cases requiring administrative action were disposed of as of 12 June 2026.
