The Karnataka Government has issued final notifications for land acquisition for the proposed Greater Bengaluru Integrated Township near Bidadi. The project will be developed by the Greater Bengaluru Development Authority (GBDA) under a Work-Live-Play model and covers lands in Kempayyanapalya, Vaderahalli and Mandalahalli villages in the Bengaluru South District / Ramanagara-Harohalli region.

- The final notifications have been issued under Section 19(1) of the Karnataka Urban Development Authorities Act, 1987.
- The acquisition follows preliminary notifications released in March 2025.
- Government approval for the project was granted on 07 May 2026.
- Lands covered include:
Kempayyanapalya village
- Vaderahalli village
- Mandalahalli village
- The project falls within the Bidadi growth corridor in the Bengaluru South–Ramanagara region.
- Compensation will be determined under the applicable land acquisition framework.
- Landowners may opt for developed sites instead of monetary compensation, wherever permitted under relevant rules.
- The township is planned on a Work-Live-Play development model.
