The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has introduced an online facility for citizens to download their e Khata using the SAS Property Tax ID , eliminating the need for office visits and intermediaries .

The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has introduced an online facility for citizens to download their e-Khata using the SAS Property Tax ID, eliminating the need for office visits and intermediaries.

Key Details:

  • Citizens can download e-Khata online using their SAS Property Tax ID
  • Access available at:[ https://BBMPeAasthi.karnataka.gov.in]( https://BBMPeAasthi.karnataka.gov.in)
  • Login via mobile number and OTP
  • Around 13 lakh e-Khatas made available digitally
  • e-Khata link will also be sent via SMS/WhatsApp to registered mobile numbers
  • No need to search using owner name
  • Citizens are advised:
  • Not to visit corporation offices
  • Not to approach intermediaries
  • To use only the official online system

Important Notes:

  • e-Khatas are issued on an “As-Is-Where-Is” basis based on existing records
  • For full validity in property transactions, citizens must update:
  • Aadhaar & e-KYC details
  • Registered Sale Deed
  • Property details (GPS & photo)
  • BESCOM ID (if applicable)
