The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has decided to assign responsibility for e-Khata corrections to Deputy Commissioners in the respective city corporations. Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao announced the move during a Revenue Department review meeting, with directions to clear pending complaints and strengthen citizen services.

  • Responsibility for e-Khata corrections has been shifted from Zonal Joint Commissioners to Deputy Commissioners in the respective zones.

  • Complaints relating to khata transfers, owner name corrections and other e-Khata details are to be resolved faster.
