A compost purchase and free distribution initiative for farmers was launched at the GBA Central Office, aiming to promote sustainable waste management and support agriculture through recycled organic resources.

• The program was inaugurated by A.N. Nataraj Gowda, Chairman of Karnataka Compost Development Corporation Limited (KCDCL)

• Conducted at the GBA Central Office Council Building

• Initiatives implemented in collaboration with:

• Greater Bengaluru IT Companies & Industries Association (GBITCIA)

• Maitri Sarva Seva Samiti

• Compost produced from Bengaluru’s organic waste is being:

Procured

• Distributed free of cost to farmers
