CM D.K. Shivakumar Launches Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Process by Filing Enumeration Form

Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar launched Karnataka’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls by submitting his Enumeration Form at his residence in Sadashivanagar. He informed voters about the provisions for updating personal details, offline submission options, and simplified procedures for families.

• CM D.K. Shivakumar and his wife, Usha Shivakumar, submitted their Enumeration Forms at their Sadashivanagar residence in the presence of Bengaluru South district officials.

• The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process for the electoral rolls has commenced across Karnataka.

• Voters can correct their names and update their registered mobile numbers while submitting the Enumeration Form.

• If the previously registered mobile number is unavailable, a new number can be added through election officials.

• OTP verification will be sent to the registered mobile number provided in the form.

• One family member may sign and submit Enumeration Forms on behalf of all eligible members of the household.

• Voters wishing to update their photograph may attach a new passport-size photograph with the form.

• First-time voters must submit valid proof of residence.

• Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will provide offline forms for citizens who are unable to use the online application.

• CM Shivakumar urged eligible voters to complete the process to ensure their names remain on the electoral roll.
