BNCC Appoints New Agencies for Streetlight Maintenance Across Multiple Wards

Bengaluru North City Corporation (BNCC) has appointed new agencies for streetlight maintenance under the ongoing LED streetlight replacement and energy-saving project being implemented across Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) limits through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Key Details:

• Energy-efficient LED streetlights are being installed across GBA limits.

• Maintenance responsibilities have been transferred to the agencies that installed the LED lights.

• Existing maintenance contracts in BNCC wards were cancelled from 30-04-2026.

• Exemption:

Ward Nos. 34, 35, and 36 under Rajarajeshwari Nagar Assembly Constituency are excluded from this change.
